We all know, how annoying bad weather can be when we’re on holiday, especially in the mountains, where good weather is really important. But there’s nothing we can do, so it’s good to prepare a plan. In case of bad weather you don’t have to resign from sightseeing and entertainment – you’re on holidays! Below we present some ideas what to do in Zakopane & Podhale Region with kids on a rainy day.
KIDS Park Janosika – Sala Zabaw
Mom and Dad! There is a place where children are the most important – it is their kingdom. Janosik Park is a unique attraction in Zakopane.
Over 700 sq m of space – modern, secur and a wonderfully realized idea of a regional playroom for children! All this to ensure great fun for children and a moment of relaxation for parents.
Location – Janosik Park is located in the very center of the city, on the lower Krupówki Street. This indoor playground has everything children dream about.
Janosik reigns here – not only in paintings and names, but also during play – a pontoon track, a lot of footbridges and obstacles to conquer for small explorers. Also we thought about the smallest children creating a special zone with soft toys for children 1-2 years. You can feel the exceptional attention to detail – here even dollhouses have regional furniture. Both in summer and winter, when the weather is bad or good in the Janosik Park the whole family can spend a great time.
It’s a meeting place, a place of joy. Use this time for yourself or make arrangements with friends while your child plays with their peers.
Cakes and snacks – there are two cafes here. The Janosik Café offers delicious coffee, tea and sweets, as well as ECO Maryna with freshly squeezed juices, smoothies and healthy treats.
We invite you to play together!
