As there are many of ski slopes in the vicinity of Zakopane as well as in the city itself, the offer of ski equipment rentals is equally wide. They are often provide service, in many we can also find accessories such as goggles and helmets, and in some even clothing intended for winter sports. They are open every day of the week. Some of them are located directly on the slopes and there are also those that operate independently of them. Some also function as a test center for the equipment, which means that when planning the purchase of your own skis, we can try different types and brands first. For many people, especially those coming from far away or beginners, the most important thing will be the possibility of renting the equipment. Some ski rentals offer the selection and formalities online, others guarantee delivery to your hotel.
When renting equipment usually you have to submit two documents with a photograph and a document certifying the child’s age may be useful. Usually, we cannot count on the return of some money if we don’t use the full rental time, but the time span is large – we can rent it for a period of one hour and up to several days. The prices are varied and substantially higher in points at the slopes.
